In 2020, Creams served more than 5 million customers, dishing out over 50 million scoops of gelato and 8.6 million milkshakes. In December 2020, Creams partnered with Crisis - the UK national charity for homeless people - pledging an initial £16, 000 worth of donations, helping to bring shelter to many over the Christmas period. The Creams Foundation will continue to support Crisis going forwards, alongside other charity partners.
